Principle of Operation
Components that Make Up the Package System
Alba packaged steam generator systems are designed to provide rapid on-site installation and high operational efficiency by integrating all main equipment on a single platform. The system consists of the following components, covering all critical processes from steam generation to water treatment:
- Steam Generator: Provides steam production at desired pressure and capacity with highly efficient heat transfer surfaces.
- Stainless Steel Condensate Tank: Ensures hygienic and corrosion-resistant storage of recovered condensate, increasing energy efficiency.
- Cavitation-Preventing Feed Water Pump: Supports system safety and continuity by providing water supply at stable flow rate and pressure.
- Water Softening System: Prevents limescale formation, protecting heat transfer surfaces and ensuring long-lasting operation.
- Digitally Controlled Fully Automatic Tandem Water Softener: Automatically manages regeneration processes for continuous and uninterrupted supply of soft water.
- Mechanical Filter: Improves water quality by trapping suspended solid particles.
- Salt Tank: Provides the necessary salt solution for resin regeneration.
- Steel Platform Mounting: Ensures all equipment is positioned within a compact, vibration-resistant, and organized structure.
- Pre-installed Electrical and Mechanical Systems: All piping, cabling, and connections are completed at the factory, allowing for quick "plug & play" commissioning on site.
